Bon, je rigole bien sur ce blog et je parle aussi beaucoup d’amour mais aujourd’hui, j’ai envie d’écrire quelque chose qui me révolte un peu enfin non, pire, qui m’attriste plutôt.
Quand j’ose dire que j’ai traversé un Baby Blues, j’avoue que je vois quelque chose. Quelque chose que je n’ose pas relever sur le coup mais qui me touche. Je les vois ces regards et ces mous qui veulent dire « Elle ne pouvait pas inventer autre chose, c’est pas sérieux un Baby-Blues », « Un Baby-Blues, sérieusement ? C’est parce que c’est tendance ? », « Nous à notre époque, on ne parlait pas de Baby-Blues, d’ailleurs, on ne se concentrait pas sur ce qu’on ressentait », « Ah non moi je n’ai pas fait ce caprice », « En tout cas, moi je sais que je n’en aurai pas »,…et tant d’autres réflexions que je n’ai pas entendues mais lues dans certains yeux.
Oui, je l’ai traversé. J’ai pleuré, je me suis sentie abattue, j’ai culpabilisée, je me sentais mal mais surtout, j’ai pleuré, pleuré, pleuré. Et quand on me demandait « Mais qu’est-ce que tu as ? Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas ? », je ne pleurais que davantage dans un inaudible « J’en saaaaaais riiiiiiien ».
Oui je l’ai traversé et ça me semblait insurmontable.
Sauf que ça ne l’était pas.
Mais ça, je ne le savais pas.
J’ai culpabilisé de pleurer. Oui, car je n’en avais pas le droit. Bref, je t’en ai parlé plus en détail par là de ce foutu Baby Blues alors je ne vais pas te reparler du mien. Ce n’est pas le sujet.
Oui je l’ai traversé. Et c’est passé.
Alors NON, si tu traverses un Baby-Blues :
Ce n’est pas parce que tu es faible.
Ce n’est pas parce que tu ne regardes que ton nombril.
Ce n’est pas parce que tu es une mauvaise mère.
Ce n’est pas parce que ce n’était pas le bon moment pour avoir un enfant.
C’est tout simplement car ça te tombe dessus.
Aujourd’hui, en connaissance de cause, je ne sais pas si je le vivrais plus sereinement (en sachant pertinemment que ça ne dure pas). Ce que je sais c’est que je l’ai vécu, ça a été dur, ça l’est encore parfois quand des émotions trop fortes me traversent et que je fais une « rechute » mais voilà, c’est ma manière de réagir et croyez-moi, je ne formule pas mes craintes, mes doutes et mes tristesses à chaque fois que je ressens un coup de mou, non. Je vis avec, comme chaque maman qui connaît ça. Et c’est très bien comme ça, on s’y fait, c’est pas si terrible ensuite sinon on n’afficherait pas des coeurs légendés de « C’est que du bonheur » à qui veut bien nous lire.
Alors toi qui as connu le Baby-Blues, toi qui le traverses en ce moment ou qui vas malheureusement peut-être le connaître bientôt je voulais juste te dire :

Non, ce n’est pas de ta faute, ça ne se prévient pas.
Ça va passer aussi vite que c’est arrivé.
Quelque part, j’espère que la plupart d’entre vous ne me comprendront jamais tout simplement car elles ne le vivront pas. Ce n’est pas horrible mais quand on y est confronté, ce n’est vraiment pas évident.
Parle de ce qui te chagrine aux oreilles qui voudront bien t’écouter, accepte les câlins de ceux qui t’ouvriront leurs bras et ne rejette pas les aides bienveillantes qui viendront jusqu’à toi. Si tu es bien entourée, ça devrait passer plus vite.
Mais surtout, fais-toi confiance, vraiment.

C’est tellement ça! Baby blues, dépression post partum, difficulté de l’attachement… ça peut arriver à toutes, ce n’est pas notre faute, ça passe. Et il ne faut pas hésiter à se faire aider (proches ou professionnels) et à en parler. Merci pour cet article!!

C’est vrai que le regard des autres est très dur à vivre… On culpabilise déjà tellement! J’ai souffert 6 mois en silence avant de commencer à voir la lumière au bout du tunnel. Et encore 1 an avant d’aller chercher de l’aide. Alors ton message est très important pour toutes celles qui en souffrent 😊
