Elle y raconte sa frustration de départ avec les 4 premières semaines difficiles mais aussi l’impact du mental qui lui a permis d’aller jusqu’au bout et de ne pas flancher.
N’étant pas une adepte des régimes à répétition, Danièle Gerkens a expliqué qu’elle n’avait « pas arrêté le sucre pour maigrir mais [qu’elle avait] quand même perdu 6 kilos ».
Les résultats :
– Elle constate qu’elle ne subit plus de baisses d’énergie. Seule sa consommation de sucre a changé puisque la journaliste a expliqué ne pas avoir changé ses habitudes en terme de sport ou de sommeil.
– Sa digestion est devenue plus facile.
– Elle a remarqué qu’elle avait un teint plus lumineux.
– Elle a perdu essentiellement du ventre et sa cellulite a disparu.
Pour ce qui est des explications, Danièle Gerkens explique qu’ « il faudrait que des centaines d’autres personnes fassent la même expérience que moi » pour avoir un point de vue scientifique sur la question.
