Il y a presque 1 mois, j’ai eu la chance de visiter l’usine Nestlé Naturnes à Arches dans les Vosges, accompagnée de 3 autres blogueuses : La Mite Orange, Première Fois Maman et My Little Bird.
L’idée du groupe ? Ouvrir les portes de 5 des 24 usines du groupe Nestlé en France
aux consommateurs et à la presse pour faire découvrir l’envers du décor :
- NESCAFÉ® à Dieppe en Seine-Maritime
- MOUSLINE® à Rosières-en-Santerre dans la Somme
- PURINA® à Veauche dans la Loire
- VITTEL® dans les Vosges
- Et NATURNES® à Arches dans les Vosges
Depuis que Chouquette a commencé la diversification alimentaire, je mets un point d’honneur à lui cuisiner toutes ses purées. Ca me paniquait un peu au début. Quoi lui donner ? Qu’est-ce qui était le meilleur pour elle ? Quel était le bon dosage ? Le meilleur des goûts ? Alors quand ça a démarré, je voulais lui cuisiner ses purées, ses compotes et ses soupes. En tant que reine de la purée maison (je me suis autoproclamée comme telle toute seule oui, mais je suis certaine que Chouquette sera d’accord dans quelques années ^^), je n’ai eu aucun problème à lui cuisiner différentes saveurs pour qu’elle puisse les découvrir au fur et à mesure des repas. Par contre, pour la compote, ça coinçait un peu plus. Pas facile de cuisiner certains fruits et les compotes devenaient parfois trop liquides, parfois trop gorgées d’eau… C’était un peu compliqué. On m’a donc conseillé de lui acheter ses compotes en me précisant que la plupart des pots de compotes n’étaient composés que de fruits. Après vérification sur le pot, c’est effectivement ce que j’y ai lu.
Bref, vous l’aurez compris, j’ai toujours eu peur de ce que contenaient les petits pots bébé, alors je n’ai pas hésité longtemps lorsqu’on m’a proposé la visite de l’usine Nestlé Naturnes, la gamme spéciale bébé de la marque. J’étais vraiment curieuse avant tout et je cherchais des réponses. Voir les coulisses, c’est toujours excitant mais lorsqu’il s’agit de la santé de nos enfants, c’est d’autant plus important.
Chaleureusement accueillies, nous avons eu droit à une présentation générale de l’entreprise puis à une visite de l’usine. Nous avons notamment pu voir la façon dont étaient sélectionnées les pommes pour les compotes bébé (à la main et avec attention), les ingrédients rajoutés (aucun), la passion et la fierté des employés sur place. C’est en effet la ligne de production de pommes que nous avons suivie. De la sélection des pommes à la main à la mise en pot, en passant par le broyage, nous avons attentivement découvert chacune des étapes et là, quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir à quel point la fabrication de ces produits était simple et dans le but de toujours conserver la qualité et la saveur première des aliments.

Pas juste du bout des doigts, du bout des lèvres ! Non, ce sont de vrais tests poussés.
Car, avant toute chose, ils mettent l’accent sur la satisfaction du consommateur : vos bébés.
Les textures, goûts, couleurs et saveurs sont minutieusement analysés, lot par lot, ne laissant échapper aucune anomalie. J’ai été bluffée de tous ces tests, passés sur tous ces produits. Bref, j’ai été complètement convaincue par l’excellente qualité de ces produits proposés sur le marché pour nos bébés et je vais prendre plaisir à faire goûter à Chouquette les lots gentiment offerts par la marque.

J’ai vraiment passé un très bon moment dans cette usine qui m’a permise de découvrir le côté humain et passionnée qui se cache derrière ces petits pots en plastique. En effet, j’ai senti l’immense fierté de toute l’équipe présente sur place, heureuse de faire découvrir leur processus au public en montrant que toutes leurs recettes et tous leurs procédés ne respectaient qu’une seule et même ligne de conduite : penser au bébé avant tout.
En bref, c’est une bonne initiative du groupe Nestlé qui a montré en toute transparence le fonctionnement de son usine Naturnes. Merci pour ça et de régaler nos bébés avec de si bons produits au quotidien.
